By accessing or using TroHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials on TroHub's platform for personal or business IP risk screening purposes.

• You may not modify or copy the underlying AI algorithms or proprietary data collections.

• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose without an active subscription.

• You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform.

“User Content” means any product images, listings, catalogs, or other materials you upload to or submit through the platform.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant TroHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to store, process, analyze, reproduce, and use it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you upload, and that your use of the Service and your User Content do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

TroHub does not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it to train models shared with other customers without your consent.

If you create an account on TroHub, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

You must immediately notify TroHub of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Certain parts of our service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

• Subscription fees are based on the plan selected and are non-refundable unless required by law.

• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon notice.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TroHub and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TroHub, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third party’s rights.

TroHub does not provide legal advice. All similarity scores and risk indicators are for informational purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall TroHub’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid TroHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

In no event shall TroHub or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service or if your actions may pose legal or security risks to the platform.

Where possible, we will attempt to provide prior notification. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are using the Service on behalf of a business entity or for legitimate business purposes.

TroHub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, or governmental actions.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TroHub is incorporated.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
