ORDER: On May 12, 2026, Plaintiff Sport Dimension, Inc. initiated this case, Dkt. 1, and on May 15, 2026, Sport Dimension moved ex parte for a temporary restraining order (TRO), Dkts. 9-10. On May 18, 2026, the Court scheduled a hearing for 2:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026, to discuss Sport Dimensions motion for a TRO, and directed Sport Dimension to make a supplemental submission by May 22, 2026, after identifying concerns with the viability of certain claims in its Complaint. Dkt. 17. Sport Dimension failed to make a supplemental submission by that deadline. The conference scheduled for May 27, 2026, is adjourned until May 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and will now be held remotely. At the scheduled time, Sport Dimension should call (855) 244-8681, access code 2302 755 2307. If Sport Dimension wishes the Court to consider any materials not already submitted, it must file such materials no later than May 27, 2026.SO ORDERED.
