Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule A, 0:26-cv-61204-WPD (S.D. Fla. 2026); Spurwest Trading Company, LLC v. Unincorporated Assocs. Identified on Schedule A, 9:26-cv-80468 (S.D. Fla. 2026), and is currently litigating whether it has exclusive rights to the copyright at issue in this case, see Spurwest Trading Co., LLC v. Holylegend Jewelry, 9:25-cv-80835-WM (S.D. Fla. 2025).
